As suggested by SKJ1984, you should provide Indian address as current address and UK address as previous address.

All others answers given above are good enough and I followed same last month and got my visa.

Hi Abhishek

The letter from college/university is required to get Naric letter which confirms your english language eligibility and confirms of your degree is equivalent to UK degree.

You can choose either Naric letter or IELTS for tier 2 visa.

You can put your Indian address as your present address, show you are living there for last 1 week and put your UK/Indian addresses of your previous 2 years.
Thats what I did last month while switching from pbs dependent to tier 2.

I have recently switched from ICT dependent to tier 2 general. I will get my tier 2 BRP next week.

Is it mandatory to return my ict dependent BRP ?
If yes how and by when I should return it ?

One more question, Shall I also inform my bank or any other utility company about switching my visa ?

My employer also informed me that Home Office system is down.
They are not able to generate COS.
