Well we've been together for 2 years living here in Ireland and living together currently... This should be a straightforward case. I hope so at least.

I'm talking about this thread https://www.immigrationboards.com/ireland/spouse-of-irish-national-stamp-4-application-help-t271357.html These folks are legally in Ireland as well but they've had to go the long way around to get their stamp 4 by writing to the SOIN department ...
