BRP Card - Waiting for courier repsonse

Hi all, Not sure if this has been covered or not. My wife applied for her ILR SET M and was given a successful decision 28/03/22. Great news! Her current BRP card which she used for her FLR M expires today 04/04/2022, and due to her successful email decision letter she is now on a section 3c from ...

Re: ILR - EWS1 B2 rating on our building

Hi Oxana777 Thanks for your reply. Great news on your personal circumstance. Yes I have read about the walking watch and how costly it is for many buildings. At the moment our freeholder is contesting the decision and getting another inspection. We don’t need a walking watch fortunately, our local f ...

ILR - EWS1 B2 rating on our building

Hi all, This is quite a specific and narrow subject and maybe not many people would know this answer, but I'll give this a go as someone may know the guidance better or whether or not this will impact her decision. We both have a mortgage on a 1 bed flat, we bought it in 2018 and used it as evidence ...

Re: Lost passports previous and current - ILR upcoming application

If she has the copy or even the image of previous passports then can be uploaded since nothing is sent in original to anywhere. Yes she does have a scanned image of her previous passport photo page. Is that enough evidence? I’m sure they only account for original copies. I’m planning on doing the co ...

Re: Passport and travel history lost - ILR

Also you need an absence list. My caseworker asked me for it while waiting Hi, So I've been looking frantically to see what they require, your list of evidence puts me at ease as it's the older passport which has been lost in the post in my wife's situation. With the absence list - Did you ...

Re: Set(O)/Tier2(G) definition of application date (related to payslips date)

Just in case somebody sees my post in future and wonders what the answers to my questions are. We ended up signing both Part 1 (myself) and Part 2 (my partner) and adding a clarification letter to the CW, explaining that although I answered "No" to the above mentioned question on the form, we still ...
