These were the dates in my Cos:

Work dates
Start date: 19 August 2019
End date: 18 December 2019

And also my VIsa is issued from 14/08/2019 to 01/01/2020.

Thank you for the response! But this is just an Entry Clearance Vignette for ICT Visa isn't it. So i am supposed to receive my BRP card right? Should i send any email to the home office? Can anyone give me any contact details?
