Re: Invitations to interview as proof of lawful residence

Just submitted my application and didn’t see the home office consent forms. Wondering if I missed this or this is not applicable for naturalisation applications ?

Thank you!

Hello,

I need to show evidence from nov 2016 onwards. I have been working since March 2017. I graduated in September 2016. From a student visa, I then switched to Tier 1 (entrepreneur) dependant.

Evidence of continuous stay

Hello, Would be grateful if someone can confirm if we are required to provide evidence of continuous stay for citizenship applications? Mine would be a 5 year qualifying period and am not sure what documents I could have (apart from every passport page scanned with stamps) to show as proof of this g...

Re: Want to apply ILR Based on 10 years continuous residence. Which category?

Hi Divu, May I check what time you were able to book the super priority? I have been trying for the last 10 days after 1am UK time with no luck, refreshing every couple of minutes. Am trying to apply for my partners ILR SET (O). I wonder if some slots open for Certain categories and not others. Than...

Re: Co-habitation documents

Turns out that i have indeed been filling Set (LR). When i save the application to return to the link later, the link in my email confirms that it is 'Set (LR)'. I can only assume that that co-habitation documents were requested due to the section for current partner and partner's details! This is t...

Co-habitation documents

Hello, My wife will apply for ILR via the Long Residence route in August 2020. I have a couple of questions about the two years' co-habitation documents that we must provide. Between Aug 2018 and Oct 2018, we are not living together as we were working in different cities. As a result we have no docu...

Re: Continuous Period Broken?

Hi all,

Would I be able to leave the country and re-enter once I have applied for ILR (long residence) if this is still under review? I will have a valid tier 1 dependent visa for the re-entry.

Thank you.

Re: Tier 1 extension application clarifications

The evidence requirements for showing "access to funds" and "money invested" are very different. So, if you have submitted the documents required for "money invested" and it is approved, then obviously points were granted for investment. HO would not have the specified documents for access to funds...

It was a bit confusing because these were listed as separate documents in your example above: 3. Employee Payment Records – 2 Nos. 4. Real Time Full Payment submissions – 15 Nos. 5. Payslips for employees – 14 Nos. But it makes sense that there used to be a document by this name and you provided a c...
