I did standard application
Got a decision in 61 working day from biometric
So i submitted my online application 16 july 2019 and got email for collection on 16 october 2019

Yes ..... as far as I know it’s automated. Some of the emails even state it. This is an automated message - please do not respond to this email address as incoming mail is not answered.
