Thank you so much! Just to clarify, when you say which visa, do I write "Tier 2 general" or some actual visa number like COS, or the BRP? On a totally separate note, can I also ask, that I wasn't in the took a flight out of the country on 1 Dec 2021, does that mean I cannot apply on 2nd Dec 2022 ...

No, I am continuing with the employment now and not leaving the job. Just taking some time off though if that makes sense.

Paid leave on tier 2 general visa

Hi all,

I am on tier 2 general visa and am about to take one month paid leave. Can you please advise if this should be okay?

Would it also be okay when I apply for ILR after 2 years when I finish my 5 years in UK and it would show in my P60?
