I holding a discretionary leave. No did not used or claimed to be someone else.

Claimed asylum in Uk and was granted a stay on 6 years route.

I applied and failed asylum in Spain in 2003. Moved to England in 2005, after being granted a work permit in 2017, the Home Office are using my 2003 fingerprints from Spain to send me back to Spend after more than 10 years in UK. Is it legal? If not what are my options?
