I submitted my application, then a friend confirmed my identity. I received the email to send my documents to UK-EDP-FTA. I initially thought FTA is First Time Applicant but after I googled it, it say Fraud Team Assessment. Is this normal for the first time?

I guess my question specifically is when I arrive at the eGate and scan my passport AND I don't have ETA registered for this passport, how will the machicne recognize me as ILR holder? This is my first time to travel after ILR.

Just fill the form with your all your absences and correct dates. It's their task to match their records and check if the absences are correct. What you don't have you can's submit. Are they asking to prove residency for that period? If so you could instead provide P60/Other tax documents, Council Tax bills, other official type documents/correspondence. You need to explain the situation in a covering with the documents. If your passport doesn't get stamped you can use P60s, letters from employers, or government letters. If you don't have any of that you can request a SAR with UKVI, free of charge.
