Yes. I don't need to apply till I want to travel to India. I called up HomeOffice and 2 people gave different advice. One saying baby biometrics are not required as parents have Vignette on passport and another saying baby finger prints will be taken! It's really odd. Can anyone who has got their ba...

Read the instructions clearly on that section. It says Parents can sign if baby is small.

Not sure about bank statements. You may need cover letter saying all savings are in your wife's bank account (which I am assuming is in UK).

Hi,

I want to apply for the visa of my 4 month old baby born in UK.

Will my baby require to appear in person for biometrics ?

I am not getting any PEO appointment for same day at Croydon. Are they available at Croydon ?

Please help.

Did they send you a appeal form ?
Appeal process usually takes a lot of time. around 6 months or so.

any printouts taken - salary slips or bank statements need a valid stamp and sign by the authority. Else it is not considered.

Fee Hike - due to pound rate change

There is a fee hike effective 14th April 2008.
The Tier 1 charges now stand at 51k!!!

Refer to http://www.vfs-uk-in.com/visafees.aspx

This is mainly due to the pound to rupee conversion now changed
1 GPB = INR 85 !!!

Re: HSMP holder- Getting Married. Dependant under HSMP / Tie

well logically speaking, if you are on hsmp then your spouse cannot be 'tier1 dependant' :) best is to get it clarified from BHC. just drop in a mail. they respond in a day or two. I just saw from your previous possts that you failed to provide proof for husband job Do we need to get any explicit l...
