My MP is involved too from before. They messaged my MP saying they are waiting for my IHS payment, which I’ve already given and passport has been submitted 5/6 weeks ago! Sometimes they don’t even know what they are talking about. I sent the MP my IHS confirmation email and she has forwarded it onto...

Hi I received the overturn email last Wednesday 12/08/20 received ihs link on Friday 14/08/20. Passport submitted for stamp on Monday 17/08/20

Have you heard anything back?

Yeah it may be due to the backlog the visa centres at Pakistan are facing... they’re slowly starting to return passports of people who completed biometrics around January/February time. Still a long wait but I’ll update you if I hear anything

Yeah hopefully soon! They should be opening on July 1st but it’s not confirmed as of yet.
I believe they work Monday to Friday and they work fewer hours on Saturday? I’m not entirely sure

Hey we heard nothing back yet so my solicitor got in touch with HO. They said they’re are waiting for Pakistan to open there visa centres so we can submit the passport. I really hope you guys hear something soon Insha’Allah x

They’ve handed the case back to the decision makers to overturn/grant the Visa and then I’ll have the submit the passport and pay the remaining IHS fees. Still a long process but one step at a time!

Yep! The HO asked for the evidence on Thursday which my solicitor had given the same day & received an email yesterday to say after reviewing the evidence they decided to withdraw the appeal - so no court thankgod! You’ll be hearing soon from them too! Such a huge relief x

As my refusal was based on financial requirements, there’s no new evidence to provide. My solicitor just went in depth regarding the refusal and how my wage slips and hmrc records show at the time of application I was earning above the required amount.

Yeah I’m happy they’re looking into my case. I had a court date on April 17th which was adjourned due to covid-19.

We provided evidence before. Through HMRC they got a false figure of my earnings & they sent an email to send them evidence which shows I earn £18600 +. Insha’Allah all goes well....

I called the tribunal and they advised that they are no longer waiting for HO bundles and they are counting the appeal times from the date you submitted your appeal which is 11 months. Hey I’ve heard nothing back it’s just taking forever. No court date set as of yet too

It just depends on the Judge’s verdict now. If the paperwork isn’t too complicated then the Judge may make a decision based on the paperwork provided. If the Judge feels it’s complicated and requires a hearing, then it’ll be listed for a future hearing.
