Naturalisation for whole family queries

Hi everyone, I and my wife got ILR (from Tier 2 General) in March 2020, and we are now applying naturalisation. We have some concerns below: 1. My wife's current passport is expired for the next months. Do we have to renew the passport before applying or it's OK to apply? I am just worried, if we ap...

I have submitted my ILR application and paid the fee this morning, but it has not been deducted from my bank account yet, is this normal?

Re: ILR for Tier 2 partner

1. I have twins born in UK (3 year old). Do I need to have cover letter to state that I will apply naturalisation for them after ILR? 2. My current tenancy agreement (which I will submit as cohabitation proof) has a mistake which on the signed date (05/01/20019 instead of 05/01/2019), others are fin...

Re: ILR for Tier 2 partner

I have another question, in the employment letter, my company put the last sentence as below:

In line with our normal practice, this letter is given in a good faith without any liability on the part of this Company or the writer of this letter.

This is still fine with ILR application?

Payslips for Tier 2 General to IRL

Thanks CR001, appreciated!

I have another question on the payslip:

1. Online payslips are sufficient or they need to be confirmed/signed from company?
2. How many months of payslip should we submit?

Thanks

Re: ILR for Tier 2 partner

Dear Admin and member,

Please could you help on the question below:

We got deposit around 8000 pounds from my family into my HSBC account on October, does it affect to our ILR in next week?

Or do we need to prove out that money is from our family.

Many thanks

Re: Super priority refund

Hi, I applied for ILR SET(O) with super priority last month and HO did not comply with the service standard (14 days instead of 24 hours) so I'm looking for a refund. I've seen similar cases in this forum where the refund was apparently automatic but unfortunately that did not happen in my case. He...
