Hi just an update, husband got call to pickup passport on 1st dec, and collected passport on 2nd dec.. Allhamdullilah finally he has got the visa! I received this email in regards to the passport ‘ I can confirm a decision has recently been completed on your application and you should be contacted shortly in regards to the return of your passport’ does this mean they have stamped it and we should be contacted once the passport has arrived to b...

Seriously i don't even know what to say, you cant even submit a passport without making that payment. Why are they making it so difficult. Can i have the email address they contacted your mp from please as im getting mine to email them too.

Oh yh try it, or maybe get your mp to give them a message asking what the delay is? I emailed the british embassy for pakistan today and they gave me a number to ring, i rang that and the guy said he doesn't know what the delay is but it can take up to 60 working days to receive passport back

Why are they taking so long

Hi all my husbands appeal was accepted by the judge in march 2020 he had handed in his passport on 20 aug 2020 so still awaiting for passport collection

Hi I received the overturn email last Wednesday 12/08/20 received ihs link on Friday 14/08/20. Passport submitted for stamp on Monday 17/08/20

Yeah it may be due to the backlog the visa centres at Pakistan are facing... they’re slowly starting to return passports of people who completed biometrics around January/February time. Still a long wait but I’ll update you if I hear anything

Oh okay is that 4 weeks after you got the letter from home office or from court? Because i got the letter from home office on 5th august and from the judge on 7th august regarding the withdrawal.

Allhamdullilah recieved decision withdrawal email today! Does anyone know how long it will take for them to send the ihs link? Within 8 weeks the process of having the visa in your passport will be done. So after withdrawal it can take upto 4 weeks to get an email regarding ihs hopefully sooner . X...
