Hi Khan Said, Yes that's correct, once you are in the UK you need to call the Home Office and ask for a Surinder Singh Paper application form. You won't be able to apply from within Ireland, you will need to move to the UK, and then gather evidence of you living in the UK, a plane boarding pass wil...
