Do I need to do the DNA of my children? I just want to mention here that on every visa extension I made in the UK I always put my children names as my dependents. And now I am British and I got my British passport through the 5years entrepreneur visa .

Hello Here is where to start for the kids: https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/child It tells you everything about their application. It's very feasible. However, for your mother, it's a different story. It's nearly impossible to bring her to live in the UK with you. thank you zerubbabel for your reply

You should never skip an interview.
