Tier 2 ICT LT to Tier 2 General or apply PR

I am a software engineer, currently in UK on a 5 years Tier 2 ICT Visa. I really liked the living standards and carrer opportunities in UK. I would like to know is there any way to continue even after 5 years .i.e. Changing my visa to General or PR options.
