It takes 28 Working days to arrive. Due to coronavirus it will take a bit longer when did you apply if you don’t mind me asking?

I applied on 05/12/2018 it’s going to be a year soon.recently I received letter from home office saying there’s exceptionally complex issues with my application therefore they need more time to make a decision. There’s nothing I could do apart from wait😔😔
