Re: Tire 2 visa status inside the UK

Hi,

I hope admin doesn't mind me replying.

Yup, I'm still waiting too! From other posts seems like it takes about 5 weeks to get a decision as in the end of last week I've seen quite a few posts people saying they got visas and they applied 20-22 (or so) of January. So hopefully any day now!

Re: Tier 4 switch to Tier 2

Same situation here. When applying for COS our layer advised to put 2 weeks after your visa application date. So I was applying for Tier 2 on 3rd of Feb and my cos states 17th of Feb as start date. Even tho I haven't got my visa yet. He said it might be a bit of a weird situation if you get new visa...

Re: Passport Scanning - Tier 2 General Extension

I'm not sure. Mine was paid because it was next day appointment. But I did not pay for any extra scanning services. If worried - scan all pages where you have a stamp.
Also, it is a good idea to bring all documents you scanned as well as a printout on your application form with documents checklist :)

Re: Passport Scanning - Tier 2 General Extension

I only scanned the main page and they scanned every page that had a stamp on it during biometrics appointment at Croydon.

I found somewhere that it takes about 8-10 weeks.
Yes it takes this long, sometimes longer.
Also, does anyone knows how long does it take to get unrestricted CoS approved?
Depends if they have UCoS to allocate.
Thank you for your reply!
