I did take the B1 tests, which I am now including. As someone pointed out, teh section is specific to the English language requirement, so I changed my answer to note I have the proper English certificate. The list of documetns requested later int he application seems to confirm this is the correct ...

I found my answer by moving forward on the application. The documents section later requested the degree-specific documents with UK certification (UK NARIC, I think it is). Since the questions were specific to the English langauge section, I went ahead and changed it to say I don;t have a degree, so...
