Age Assessment confusion for successful HSMP appeal

Hi, Hope you all are fine. I have to apply for ILR later this year. Initially, I got my HSMP approval letter in 2007 and I was 27 year old at that time. M. Phil

M. Phil from Pakistan is definitely equivalent to UK Masters. So an M. Phil person would proably quailfy for Tier1 education requirements.

Hi,

Nope, they did not ask me to do the TB again as its not expired yet.

Its up to me to either hurry up and travel before it gets expired OR get the test done again.

I think I would go for the later one as I'll be on 1 month notice period after resigning from my job.

Regards,

SHK

Furthermore when she comes to UK, the above TB cert will be expired.

Therefore you will have to have another one done now and hand it in.....then pray the visa is issued ..... before this one expires
12th May to 12th Oct. is 5 months.

But RASHI has written that they submitted New TB test as requested, then why in the world did they ask for the TB test again !! I know this is unfair and so is the waiting time we are all going through, but the question is, who cares for us ? You can not be issued visa until you provide a valid TB c...

WaAlaikum AsSalaam Mr. Waheed, (I have sent you the same message as reply) Anyways now that appeal is in your favour, you have to wait for a Call-in letter that BHC Islamabad will send after some time. There is a time limit during which UKBA can challenge AIT against its decision but usually that do...
