If yes, then what will happen to my PBS dependent BRP card ?

That is a pity as you cannot even extend this visa for 10 years to reach 10 years long residence. The cut off under certain circumstances is 9 years.

Are you trying to say that the cooling off period will be applicable for Tier 2 ICT not PBS Dependent?
And PBS Dependent can switch to Tier 2 ICT anytime from home country?
