Re: ILR - Income from self-employment in the last financial year

Thank you Zimba. Yes there is a whole guide on this but it does not answer my question. I have accounts. I have a CT600. I have my self assessment. The ILR application asks for income from self employment in the last financial year and I have ticked the box that I am a Director of a Ltd Company. It ...

ILR - Income from self-employment in the last financial year

My wife is currently applying for ILR and one of the questions is: "What was the income (in gbp) from self-employment in the last financial ...

ILR application - end of 5 years or when BRP expires?

Hi, a quick question if anyone can advise? My wife is nearing the end of her second FLR and will be applying for ILR. The dates on her BRPs are as follows: First FLR BRP: issued 20-11-2017 valid until 20-5-2020 Second FLR BRP: issued 26-5-2020 valid until 10-12-2022. When applying for her ILR, do we ...

Re: FLR(M) Second Application - advice on when to apply due to switched routes

If we apply for her FLR extension on, for instance 04/05/2020 and apply via priority service, we should receive a reply either on 04/05/2020 or 05/05/2020. Priority service doesn't necessarily give instant decision if the case is complex. Thanks Seagul but assuming the case is not complex (her ...

Re: FLR(M) Second Application - advice on when to apply due to switched routes

Hi all, another question on the topic above if anyone could advise, and hopefully I am not making it too confusing! My wife's 30 month BRP runs out 20/05/2020 (that is the date of expiry of her BRP which is 30 months since she received it on 20/11/2017). If we apply for her FLR extension on, for ...

FLR(M) Second Application - advice on when to apply due to switched routes

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice regarding 2nd FLR (M) application. My wife (Canadian) and I (British) were living in Germany from 2011-2017. We moved to the UK in April 2017 via Family Permit (Surinder Singh route) and in June 2017 my wife applied for her UKRC. Due to various reasons we decided ...
