Re: Visitor Visa Questions

Thanks for the advice! The application’s already submitted with all the documents we could get, including payslips and bank statements. We know six months is ideal but hope the info provided is enough. Appreciate your input!

I am applying for a visitor visa for my sister-in-law, who is currently residing and working full-time in Pakistan. I will be acting as her financial sponsor for the trip. I am employed full-time in the UK and have recently received an annual bonus from my company, which is clearly reflected in both ...

Re: Spoue Visa Extension Question

Any updates, please?

Also, the application form requires the date of birth of my wife's previous partner. However, we don’t know his date of birth, and it is not mentioned on the NADRA divorce decree certificate.

How should we proceed in this case?

ILR Documents & Requirments if Driving Uber

Hi All,

A friend of mine is driving Uber and is going to apply for the ILR. I would appreciate it if someone could please tell me what the financial requirements are for the ILR if I am driving Uber. Is it the same as being an employee for £18600?

Thanks

Presumably you mean a Skilled Worker visa.

Child applies for a Skilled Worker dependent visa and the visa fee and IHS is payable.
Yes, I meant the Skilled Worker Visa. Thank you for being so helpful. IHS is a pain TBH.

Immigration Status for Child born in UK

Hi all,

If the mother is on a work permit and the husband is a dependent, and a child is born in the UK, how can the child be added as a dependent under the mother? What visa type or route would apply in this case?

Thanks.

The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
Ahhhh... Option B from the selection. Thank you very much, Zimba. I believe it is also a better idea to provide a cover letter and employment letter for both me and my wife. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you again
