Re: Tier 2 visa switch in country application

Hi,

Yes, Managed to apply but unable to book appointment. Looks like we will get slot only after July.

I am not sure, whether appointment will be opened for us to book or wait for a mail from UK visa center to do the same.

Also I hope legally we can be in UK until decision is made.

Thanks.

Re: Can expect UK Visa extension after May 2020?

Hi,

Good that you escaped from this difficult situation in one day before the lockdown.
I agree, they have to extend. I will wait and nothing we can do. :)
Also I believe they give atleast two month of extension so it is easy for all to go in good time.
Thanks.

Ok, I am also believing for extension.
It is very painful to wait to hear update from HO. I can see many articles are talking about need of extension but no news from HO yet.
Dont know anybody is also waiting for extension in this group.

Re: Joining work after applying before decision - coronavirus

I'm going to move to another company, which means I need a new T2 sponsorship. But my current visa won't be expired until the end of September. So I think it is nothing to do with the expiration date - you can apply T2 as long as you have a CoS number (i.e. someone wants to sponsor you). Hi, I am s...

Hi, I think it is for everyone as long as your visa is not expired.
You mean one can also switch visa to TIER 2 even though their visa is expired after May 2020. Do you get any news about this?

Thanks
