Yes that’s the list that was with my application checklist. Only photocopies required were current ID certified by the witness. Oh well, mine was posted last week and can only send what I was asked to send 😊 I guess it must depend on how you apply. Mine was an online application. Which then produces...

To make sure your application goes smoothly I would send everything the DFA ask for so send all the orignials...

All my certificates were obtained from the GRO and Irish health service. They had watermarks and were used for both my parents Irish passport applications, with no problems at all. How strange? Could you please advise when you get clarification from the dfa?
