Thanks for clarification; so extension applies to residency only. Is applying for re-entry visa the only solution to travel? If yes, how long approximately would it take to obtain these days? Hi I applied 7 days ago heard nothing..stanp 4 merried to Irish citizen..ni gnib card sent it with afidavit

Hey, The re-entry visas processing is quite fast now, you can check the processing time on the inis website. The stamp itself is not in the list of allowable entrance permission, that normally spread by the foregin ministry to the airlines and other carriers. It can be accepted by local immigration...

Thanks for your help.

Any idea can it be done in 2 weeks time..and just wonder why stamp in passport is not inaf is not inaf..it is valid until 2023 and if we travel back together is that make any diffrence

Travel without Gnib card

Hi

Just wonder. My wife is waithing on certification of naturalisation.We need to travel since she doesn't have gnib any more..is that immigration stamp ok to travel with.She is from visa required country.

Hi I send doc on 9th April and played on line on 12 Apr..got 2 e-mail last one May 5 ..how long should i wait more Until i send them mail Thanks In the letter we receive it says; It will take up to 8 weeks from receipt of the above documents (they mean the IRP card, deceleration of fidelity etc... ...

Thanks for taking ur time to answer my question and label mecas I liar We got married in 2014 and she followed me to Ireland in 2015 after our visa app got accepted. We no idea about possible court date ..it was health safety licence renewal as she was working as street artist..hair wrapping for kid...

If you are an Irish citizen you can't apply for EU FAM card for your spouse in Ireland. EU FAM card can be applied if you were living in another EU country and wanted your spouse to join you there. Thanks was just hoping to go over to uk for weekend because she needs visa..so I though we can apply ...

Gnib card exipires 2.12.2019

She need to travel 10 .12 for 7 days

Can she travel if she does not renewe on time

Can she get some letter or something
