Timeline: Application Submitted 04/11/2019 Biometrics 05/11/2019 (Had to pay £100) COA 06/11/2019 pre-settled status 19/02/2020 3 months and a half wait time. A bit of background for others. Hi all, I am joining the waiting game! I am married to an EU citizen with pre-settled. Used the 'passport' by post route even though I have a tier 2 visa. 14/02/2020- Application submitted online 17/02/2020- Went to biometric appointment (paid 110GBP) 18/02/2020- COA received Now waiting... Confuse...

I have called resolution center today , they have told my that my application has been stuck !!!!! And they will escalate , I just had enough waiting !!!!! Application 01/11/19 Bio 04/11/19 COA 06/11/19 I was hopping that I will get answer quickly but unfortunately not Same, I have your same timing...

Update: Application : 23/12/2019 Biometrics : 30/12/2019 ( they scanned my passport so they said I do not need to post it) COA : 15/01/2020 Pre-Settled status granted: 03/02/2020 Waiting for the biometrics card... This has been extremely frustrating, I still have no news and it has been almost 3 months. Application 4th of November Biometrics 5th of November COA 6th of November Decision: Still waiting... I already escalated my case twice but the answer is always the same, check are being done by your caseworke...
