List it as ONE entry. The question clearly states to tick ALL that applies. Tick “director” and “employee” both. Tax Ref: Employer’s PAYE ref number. Hi I am a bit confused , need your help I was on tier 1 entrepreneur visa from February 2015 to February 2020. During this 5 years I spent 4 months in each year outside of Uk means around 600 days. I got ILR in February 2020. So can I got out of UK for 90 days while having ILR.

I need advise on income requirements. I got ILR on PBS (tier1 entrepreneur ) now I want to apply for wife and children visa . Someone told me that you have got your ILR on PBS so you don’t need the income requirement . Is that true or I have to show income requirements for 6 months and then apply.
