Oh Thanks because I was anyways thinking I gave biometric so should be listing then. However I filled out EU PR Card details in BRP section. I guess should have left it blank.

I listed my non-EU Residence Card and EU PR applications as previous UK immigration application on naturalisation application. Will this be an issue? Anyone please let me know your opinion or from experience? Thanks

I agree with CR001. BRP or Biometric Residence Permit is a permission from UK. The non-EU PR Card is exempt of immigration rules and not a permit, a mere confirmation of status.
