Hi sushdmehta,

It means we can apply even one day before also right? It is matters that on what date we made application? by that date it should be valid, we do't have to bother when the application is processed..am i right?

HI mehta,

I was under impression that i will come under old rules and so i dn't hve to maintain funds for 3 montsh so i made a delay..n even i had some issues in getting that amt..Is there any possiblilty like sending the bank statement after 21st July?

Freinds, I have got approval in Janurary. Due to soem prob i could not able to apply in march. Last month when i communicated with VFS, they told even if i apply in APril old rules applies.
