Called again today Call waiting time was 22 minutes. Seems to many people calling. Last time i called i was told that the application is in final stages and if you dont hear from us in few days call us back. I am calling them almost every day and getting different answers from different staff they don’t even have enough information which they can pass to us guys
They have just cooy book answers
They don’t even know what caseworkers r doing
