But can I apply for 5 days faster decision? I am not sure how that works will I still be able to delay the biometrics even if I apply for 5 days faster decision?

If we apply on 8-Mar-2021 then she will need another 28 days to be have the 5 years (-28 days before the application). How can I garntee the date of the decision then?
