Well as others have mentioned, if she already has stamp 4 as spouse of Irish citizen, she is unable to apply for Eufam. It wouldn’t make any sense. In any case, Serbia is a Visa-required country for UK so to enter the country legally you would need to apply for the Standard Visitor Visa. Hope this ...

If you are an Irish citizen you can't apply for EU FAM card for your spouse in Ireland. EU FAM card can be applied if you were living in another EU country and wanted your spouse to join you there. Thanks was just hoping to go over to uk for weekend because she needs visa..so I though we can apply ...
