Those with the apps seems to be stocked due the initial data issues of the app (this was denied by UKVCAS). What was the issue with the IDV app? It seems that cas...

Dear friends, as expected I saw last night on fb someone saying that his wife set(M) application was approved on 27/11/20 and she applied only on 02/10/20 having done biometrics on 07/10/20. This was my nightmare and fear that I shared with you previously and which came true, thanks to the Home Off...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I think they did bring in the provision of making documentation available to caseworkers when biometric centers were closed during the first lockdown to expedite decisions once biometrics were in. This seems to have stopped. I think the pace of your application is dependent on the speed of the case...

@debrancherenzym There are definitely few waiting, I have seen them here and on fb. The 6 months for all May applicants will be due by 1st of Dec. I think they are trying to clear them up. However, the focus now is definitely on June SET (M) applicants, as this week alone, we have had 1 May approva...

Re: Please help - when to apply for ILR on a 5-year spouse route

Thank you so much for your reply. I understand that I will be eligible for ILR upon completion of 60 months (5 years) under the spouse visa route, which will be on 03rd August 2020, but can submit my application 28 prior to that date, 07th July 2020. Is it correct?

Many thanks again!
