Life in the UK test 7 days wait

My wife took life in the UK test on 7th Nov, she failed it. She then booked another test on 13th Nov which she has passed. We just realised that she should have waited 7 days after she failed her first test before sitting again for the second test. Since the gap is only 6 days between the tests, wil...

There is no mention of returning the old expired BRP card on the letter that came with the new BRP card nor the decision letter from the home office. Is this no longer required? Are the requirements the same for the SET(M) application (ie financial, English and cohabitation) or is there something else or different that needs ...

Re: Cohabitation evidence for FLR(M)

Or will the Declaration for spouses form that I have to sign cover the joint bill? As far as I can tell, the Declaration for Spouses is only a confirmation that the relationship requirements are met and is not consent for the Home Office to verify information, which is what the Part 2 Consent Form ...

Hi All, Hopefully this will be my last question before Biometric appointment. I answered below question as "no" on the application form but noticed the council tax bill is in our joint names (rest of the bills are in my name(sponsor). Apart from that all bills are in my name only. Is the account wit...

Re: Cohabitation evidence for FLR(M)

Also, cover the 2 years prior to the application date. You can leave out documents earlier than the required period. Thanks Korekt and Seagul really appreciate your input. I am struggling to find evenly distributed docs in my wife's name, hence I included all I have in her name. I would really appr...

Re: Cohabitation evidence for FLR(M)

How about A2 English test/NARIC comparability report? Also the date on both of your cohabitation evidences doesn't match on various occasions which in my opinion shouldn't be an issue because individually addressed letters won't have coincidentally the same dates. Thank you seagul, yes she got rece...
