I got the bank statement in letter head without stamp and it was accepted. The stamp and sign is required only when you take printout of your online statement. The Guidance note says the salary letter should be in letter head or should be signed and stamped. The HSMP guidance clearly says if it is an online salary slip it needs to be sealed and signed by the employer. So if you dont get it done high probability of HO not considering it. Regarding other questions your salary revision letter is a promise for salary and what HO needs is proof for earnings....

It will not be accepted by HO. You need to either change it in all the documents or get this changed in official gazette and send it as a proof to HO.
