OK, I'm not an immigration advisor but for what it's worth this is my understanding of the situation... 1-If someone received his naturalization certificate, he has to destroy and return his ILR card, and if he has two valid different international passports.. Can he send one of it with his passport...

I would treat the word of a legislative instrument as superior to a guidance document and therefore suggest that citizens of the seven countries who are not Registered Travelers and who have a pre-existing Leave to Remain or ILR should use the desks and not the E-Passport Gates when entering the UK...
