Irish Naturalisation Query

Hi,

I just checked the INIS website earlier and I noticed they took off in their website the Application Documents Checklist Form which was part before. Does anyone of you noticed that changes?

Hi, If you look at the form in Section 1.9, the part with “Old Department Reference Number”. Is it really needed to fill up that part? Hi,

Anyone please have idea if I should fill up the box with Old Department Reference Number? I am curious where we normally get that? I checked my old papers can’t find it. Is it really needed or I can skip it when filling up the form? Thanks

I was originally from Philippines. And moved here since 2012 and got married to an EU Citizen. So in my case I dont need a Police Clearance from my country?

I am on Stamp 4 Eufam and my visa expires by mid of October this year reached 5yrs & 5 1/2 months, is it ok to apply for EU3 form if in case Ill apply by end of May? After Ill send my Irish Citizenship application bu April?

My main plan would be Ill send my application for Irish Citizenship and once I get back my passport and some documents that’s the time then I will send my application for EU3 Permanent Residency. Realistically, there are very few applications where the applicants can be sworn in within 6 months. Therefore, you must apply for your EU3 as normal.
