Re: FLR (M) application

Thank you for your reply! In terms of the documents for evidence of living together that have to be submitted: my husband and I have been living together since August 2020 (when he first received his spousal visa). We shifted into the apartment that I own in March 2021. Is it sufficient to should do...

FLR (M) application

Hi everyone

My husband and I are in the process of completing his application to extend his spousal visa.

When they ask for a copy of our passports, do they mean a scan of all pages or just the passport photo page?

Thanks

Re: Marriage registration in India for UK Spouse Visa

Nope we didn’t do that. I understand are lawyers procured this from a lawyer based in the UK. If you’re in the UK, I believe you can arrange this through UK council offices.

Re: Marriage registration in India for UK Spouse Visa

Hi - my husband and I got married in Bangalore earlier this year. We actually got a lawyer to sort out all this paperwork for us because when we were looking online, it was a bit confusing and we were nervous about the system and if we made any mistakes for the visa.

Hi - my husband applied for his visa in India on March 11th and we’ve been waiting ever since. Has anyone heard from VFS or had their passports returned since VFS offices opened on 6th July?

Thanks

Nope - it’s opening on 6th July so we’re crossing ...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

My husband and I applied for his visa from India in March 2020 priority service. Waiting to hear back. Has anyone applied in India and received back decision/passport? I heard that passport return service is now operating only but only if a decision has been made.
