My parents applied for UK visitor visa last month. They got an email from VFS to collect passports. What time should they go? There was no collection time specified anywhere.

Hi all, " Date of issue of foreign passport " is wrong on my surrender certificate. Can someone advice - do I have to get this corrected or shall I apply for OCI directly?
