Returning to Ireland, work permit again?

Hi, I lived in Ireland 5 years (started on Critical Skills WP and then changed it ot Stamp 4), but moved to my country of origin in Jan 2021. My IRL then expired in May 2021. Now the situation changed and I want to return to Ireland. Can anyone give an advice on if there is an easier route for me or...

Re: 3 month a year absence

Yeah, but 6 weeks is only before I submit the application, right? After that I can travel for 3 months? I still find the lack of official info on that strange. Like how strict is that, e.g. I travel 4 months instead of 3? Instant "black mark" or some warning first? What about the pregnancy case you ...

3 month a year absence

Hi, I've heard that one on Stamp 4 cannot be absent from the State for longer than 3 month per year or the residency gets revoked. But I struggle to find any official information. Does anybody has a link? I plan to apply for citizenship next year and I'm sick counting the days I can travel tbh. Once...

Advice needed on 5.6

Hi guys, I need an advice related to when should I apply better, regarding 5.6 question of the form. According to the calculator I'll be able to apply in November this year. However I have two years (NOT last year) where I was away for about 7 weeks each (in total, not a single trip). I read some po...
