Thanks for the reply. Just FYI, probably silly and you would already be knowing, my daughter was born outside the UK :) I hope all the answers above still remain the same.

Thanks for your prompt replies. My daughter is 6 years old, so I assume the 3/5 years residency rule wont be applicable for her. Lastly, will she need 2 separate referees compared to mine.

I received my ILR in Feb 2019 while my wife and daughter received their ILRs on 17th Feb 2020
