No benefit in AR but hopes are for JR,, find a good barrister for JR, this is time taking but if u win u win with cost and get the visa, get an initial advice from barrister, plz note that dont waste time on solicitors , solicitors have nothing to do with JR go for Barrister First i will try on AR ...

May I suggest every genuine Entrepreneur to forget about the UK and instead invest their money elsewhere. I know at least 5 cases where applicants had their applications refused under para 245DB. Paid £900 or so for entry clearance only to be told by incompetent ECOs that they are not genuine appli...
