Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Quick one, I applied for ILR 22.05.20 via partner route, uploaded all my documents on the same day and have recently received the email about biometrics reuse. However, I haven’t heard from them at any point requesting documents via email, should I be worried about this?

Re: **** COVID19 Life in the UK and English test centre closure **** (ONLY discuss here)

I just passed my LitUK test yesterday and I'm looking to upload my 'proof' -- the best I seem to be able to find is a screenshot of the booking page which has my name, DOB and test result -- will uploading this as a pdf be sufficient? As I've already put in my application, should I include a cover l...

Re: ILR question regarding holidays

Hi all, I've just paid for and submitted my application today, ticking "no" for the Life in the UK test question, hoping that by the time I get to my biometrics appointment, I'll have been able to complete the test and provide proof with my other uploaded documents. I've been given a Unique Applicat...

Re: **** COVID19 Life in the UK and English test centre closure **** (ONLY discuss here)

So I called the Hounslow Centre (closed), and the LitUK centre (who told me it would be rescheduled), and have just received my email saying it's been rebooked to 24th July. Womp. So is the consensus from the experts here to just put in the application ASAP, check "no" on the LitUK question and just...

Re: **** COVID19 Life in the UK and English test centre closure **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi all, I had my LitUK test rescheduled from mid April to this Thursday. I was expecting it to be rescheduled again but received an email last night which was an appointment reminder. As far as I know the centres haven’t opened up again (mine is the Computer Learning Centre in TW3), but I guess I’ll...

Re: **** COVID19 Life in the UK and English test centre closure **** (ONLY discuss here)

I rang the helpline about reopening and the woman on the phone said not to expect the test centres to be open until later this month/early June and that when they reopen, as all the slots are gone, if you haven’t booked a test appointment yet, not to expect a slot until mid June. Thanks for this! V...

Re: Covid 19 - Life in the UK test Centre Closure

Update: just got an email that my LitUK test has been postponed from 14.04.20 to 21.05.20 (which is coincidentally a day before my current visa expires).

Re: Covid 19 - Life in the UK test Centre Closure

I am in the same boat, want to submit my application on 08-May-20; visa expiration in first week of June. Re-booked LIUK test for 17 April but highly doubt it will go ahead! I wonder what happens to employment if your visa has expired and new one not yet approved due to covid-19? are there any repe...

Re: ILR Application Check-Over

And just a few questions: - I received a raise in November 2019 so I have technically NOT been on the same amount continuously for the past six months, but have always made over the threshold. Because of this, does that mean I should be providing 12 months of payslips/bank statements? And if so, sh...

Re: Covid 19 - Life in the UK test Centre Closure

I’m in the same boat here — test booked for 16.04.20, hoping to send ILR application end of April/beginning of May. I guess we just have to hang tight for now and hope either they’ve reopened by then or they organise some other way of taking the test (though not sure how...). Either way, I’m hopeful...

P60s are not required for SET M ilr. You only need payslips, bank statements and employer letter.
:D

Could you please look over my checklist when you get the chance?

ILR Application Check-Over

Hi all, I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I'm just getting everything together now and I was wondering if some of our resident experts could look over the below and let me know if there's any glaring mistakes/anything missing please? I am applying for ILR coming off the 5-year Spouse r...

Re: Spouse to ILR - Questions

Thank you!

Any word on the above questions at all, please?

Also, I am relying only on my income for the application as I make over the threshold, does that mean I do not need to include my partner's payslips, bank statements or employment letter?

Re: Spouse to ILR - Questions

With regards to the application date, that would mean I could apply 20.03.20 at the earliest, but if my current FLR (M) runs out 22.05.20 can I still apply basically anytime between 20th March and 22nd May? I was hoping to apply in late April so I have my p60 etc. Yes. That is the earliest you can ...

Re: Spouse to ILR - Questions

Thank you so much. Just to clarify, regarding the time outside the UK I only need to report where I spent time outside the UK for more than two weeks , as on the form? With regards to the application date, that would mean I could apply 20.03.20 at the earliest, but if my current FLR (M) runs out 22....
