I called home office today again but they are not in position to let me know that how long it will take for tier2 general dependent extension application even your application cross standard time ( 8 weeks or above) I think only category "tier2 general dependent extension application in UK" is affe...

I called UKVI helpline this AM to get a status update and I was told that the case has been assigned to one of the caseworker on 09 November and we should expect to get a decision this month.
