Refund for super priority service

Dear All, I have applied for super priority service and enrolled my biometrics on June 1st 2020, I got the decision on June 9th 2020 this means that the decision was not made by 24 hours as I originally paid for. Do you think I'm entitled for a refund in this case? Did anyone ever get a refund from ...

BRP card and Police Registration Certificate after ILR

Dear All,
I have submitted my biometrics today at UKVCAS, and I'm hoping that it wont be too long before I get a decision on my ILR application.
I was wondering what happens to my Tier 2 BRP card and Police Registration certificate after I get my ILR do I need to mail them to HO ?

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

The UKVI caseworkers are probably making decisions on the applications (pending biometrics) as they are asking for the evidence via email now. This means the backlog can be cleared very quickly when the biometrics centres are opened again. I suggest everyone to apply online as normal and supply evi...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Does the new measures released today indicate in any way that UKVCAS will reopen? Hi Amro, I hope that based on this phased unlock plan appointments should start by phase 2 planed for beginning of June. So hopefully if things stay in control we might go for our appointment in June. Let’s watch and ...

Re: ILR - Covid 19 - Home office asking documents via email

I just got a similar email. No request for BRP card or nothing about our existing UKVCAS appointment. The email address is: WandSContingencyCaseworkDocumentReturn@homeoffice.gov.uk> via ukhomeoffice.onmicrosoft.com I'm not very sure and a bit worried to be honest to share all the details they have ...

Re: ILR - Covid 19 - Home office asking documents via email

Did you choose standard or prioroty service when you submitted your app? I have received the same email, I checked the email address, the signature details in the email and it seems like a genuine email that refers to Sheffield Premium Centre. I sent my documents already but was surprised that they...

I hope your appointment will go ahead as you planned. Can I ask please, are you applying under super priority services or standard service on 18th May?
Super priority - premium lounge. I just thought that it will be easier for UKVCAS to ensure distancing measures in the premium lounge.

Is there any confirmation that the postponed appointments will still go ahead? I'm worried that once my appointment date arrives (11th May) it will be postponed again.

Re: UKVCAS Appointment delay

Hello,
I have my UKVCAS appointment in London (Premiere Lounge) on March 30, where does it say that all centres are closed? Its only the library centres that are closed, I reckon you will be able to apply on April 8th since you booked it already.

ILR application due Wed. shall i still apply during COVID crisis

Dear All,
I'm due to submit my ILR application on March 25th, and was planning to pay for super priority service. Do you have any information about Home office and UKVCAS still accepting and processing applications?

Dear All,

It is stated that for the documentation provided for ILR application under Set (O) all documents to be dated within one month from application date, does the application date correspond to the online application date or the appointment date with UKVCAS
