Other passports with first child passport application

Morning All! Quick question. I am thinking of applying for my daughter's passport online. Looking at the list of documents, I see "any valid passports" from any country. My daughter has 3 other nationalilties and thus 3 other passports. Two of those are currently stuck in embassies. Can I send in th...

Re: Child's First Passport - Urgent Travel

Hi paul911, Thank you for your reply. I can provide Doctor's proof from back home, did they specify what kind of proof do they need? And any idea when their Fast Track Service will start? Did they mention any date to restart Fast Track Services? And do I have to send my ILR BRP card as well with my...

Re: Child's First Passport - Urgent Travel

I just spoke to HMPO and they said that you can apply for an urgent passport but only if you can prove that there is a medical emrgency or some sort of life and death situation. You need to provide documents. Otherwise, the only way to get the passport now is to apply online and wait (timelines are ...

Thank you. Makes sense.

I guess will have to watch for people in the MN1 threat to start getting certificates to know when HO restarts this process again.

Re: Will I ever need the Naturalisation certificate AFTER receiving the passport?

I am not a professional, but I can tell you that the most appropriate answer - it depends. Just like in a million different cases with British Overseas Citizens (discusssed in the neighboring thread) there could be a ton of various changes to citizenship laws in the future and you will never know at...

Re: MN1 Approvals anyone?

Ah.. Ok, I see. This makes sense. So for MN1 I should expect normal mail from HO. Got it. I was thinking they were sending out PDFs now as certificates.

MN1 Approvals anyone?

Has anybody gotten a PDF confirmation certificate for an MN1 application yet? I see that some AN1 decisions have been positve but pending ceremony reopnenings. Since MN1 application does not need a ceremony, wonder if we're going to get the certificates or we're going to have to wait along with ever...

Re: Wrong Council for the Citizenship ceremony

Here is the official policy on this:

https://www.gov.uk/citizenship-ceremonies

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), you’ll have 6 months to book your citizenship ceremony after receiving an invitation from the Home Office. Any delays caused by COVID-19 will not affect decisions around your application.

Re: T1 E200k dependant + MN1 in process

She's 2.5 yo so BC should not be an issue. NHS point is true... will have to keep it in mind. Maybe get private insurance or something in case it gets to be too long.

Thank you!

Re: MN1 Form current citizenship

I believe your child is a citizen of Russia whether registered or not. The law says that the child is a citizen at birth if one of his parents is a citizen at birth irrespective of the place of birth. It is the same as if the child is born in Russia: http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_36...
