Tester, I can completely sympathize with your current situation. I submitted my application for Tier 1 extension under HSMP on 29 Nov 08, still waiting myself(albeit not as long as yours!). I've made travel arrangements to see my family next Sunday in Asia, which I don't think is going to happen no...

As I said on your other post, is your case straight forward?
push_hsmp, I guess not, as i am converting my current WP status to Tier1 (General) and before that i was with another WP in uk itself...so i have more than 2-3 visas stamped on my PP....Not sure if they are digging all the old graves.

Well a very lucky few get the approvals with in a week's time and the very unlucky few get the approval after 20 weeks. So unfortunately, for what ever reason your application has fallen into that category. Since you say, you called them up several times and you know the current status, so I am afr...

As per HO it seems 4 weeks prior to the expiry of current visa date. To double check this i emailed wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and go...

Hey coolestguyc, thanks for the reply. I will surely drop them in email with my question and make sure not to reveal any of my details so that just in case the leave was not legal, they have no way of linking it back to me...or any of my future HO applications :) Why not confirm it with UKBA itself?...

hi PG, Thanks for sharing your view on the question. Let me elaborate a little furhter, the idea behind not to send the bank stmts from Jul 07 to Mar 08 is because i had taken a 1 month unpaid leave in Mar 08 and hence there is no salary credit entry in my bank account for that month. To sum up... i...
