Yes I wasn't married yet but had spouse civil partner visa and yes applied as unmarried partner. What are the chances if I contest my case through proper consultation, of getting ILR on on the bases of spouse visa which I should have in 2018 because my 5 years completed by then. I was granted spouse visa straight away for 3 years not even 6 months initially to facilitate our marriage. I came into the country in Dec 2013 and then went for marriag and civil cermony in Jan 2014. Thanks

I legally entered into the UK in Dec 2013 on the basis of spouse visa but this was granted while I was residing in Republic of Ireland and due to that there's no entry stamp on my passport because I travelled within the EU. But yes visa granted in August 2013 and I entered in Dec 2013. Thanks

Sorry August 2013 was the time when I was granted first leave on spouse basis for 3 years and then I applied further extension in August 2016 which took over a year for my application to process and ended up in being granted further leave as I explained above.

Hello I was granted an extension to my previous spouse visa SET(M) from in Oct 2017 for 2.5 years but I wasn't meeting the income threshold requirement but we had a child while my application was in process, so instead of refusing it HO granted me an extension on the basis of a baby involved and put ...
