Today me and my wife received an invitation letter, dated 18th of October (approval 22nd of July).

We have to wait as our council suspended the ceremonies and they have a limited number of employees - phone lines have been disconnected and sending an e-mail with query generates generic reply.

I tried to call the council today, several times, but the line was busy. I am not sure whether endless number of people were calling or the line was disconnected. Last week was fine.
